• Transaction Data: Details of orders placed, payment metadata (such as transaction references; we do not store raw card numbers, which are securely handled by PayU), and transaction histories.

• Location Data: Coarse and fine GPS coordinates (with your consent) used to enable hyperlocal same-day delivery routing and pincode matching.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process your data to fulfill our services and comply with legal merchant requirements, including:

• Order Fulfillment: Processing orders, collecting payments, and coordinating with independent sellers and hyperlocal gig delivery partners.
• Account Authentication: Verifying logins via secure one-time passcode (OTP) systems sent to your phone or Gmail address.
• Customer Support: Addressing inquiries, refund requests, and complaints via our in-app chat support or helpdesk.
• Fraud Prevention: Investigating suspect accounts, coupon misuse, transactional anomalies, and illegal activity on the Platform.
• Legal Compliance: Meeting standard regulatory tax requirements and payment gateway audit directives.

3. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties necessary to perform Platform services:

• Independent Sellers: Sharing delivery names, contact numbers, and addresses so sellers can pack products correctly.
• Payment Processors: Sharing transaction amounts and buyer details with PayU Payments Private Limited to complete transactions.
• Logistics Partners: Sharing location and address details with gig-based delivery riders to navigate and deliver orders.
• Regulatory Bodies: When legally mandated by government or judicial orders under Indian law.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including SSL encryption) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All cleartext HTTP connections are restricted to secure HTTPS channels in our production environment.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
